• If your item arrives damaged, I will gladly replace it for free.
• If you are unhappy with a product, please reach out to me and I will do what I can to resolve any issues. To avoid this, please read all product descriptions. Remember that I am not Amazon, just one woman running a small business.
• If you are unhappy with a custom product, this should have been mentioned during a proofing round. You will not be able to return this product and I will not be offering a refund.
